basic math Wonderful tutor! I have such a hard time understanding the concepts of math and learning to think outside the box when solving an equation and she's helped me to do both! Thanks so much! |

algebra Very passionate about tutoring, and always excited to help students on the spot. Her credentials as a biology teacher enhance her capacities to understand the learning needs of different students, and her biochem background renders her the acumen to better teach both bio and chem subjects. From our conversations, she goes about with a cheerful optimism that's pretty refreshing to encounter! |

algebra Ellena has been tutoring me in person for over six months in chemistry and algebra, and last year in biology and geometry. She is very patient and helps you to understand the science, rather than memorizing how to solve problems. I wouldn't be passing science without her help! Highly recommended! |
